Employee Grants are awarded annually to Latinas currently employed at a California community college. The objective is to fund a special project or activity that develops and/or promotes Latina leadership. Grants are awarded based on the purpose of the activity or project, its merit, its scope, and its expected benefit or impact on Latinas.
